Where have I been?

As you may have noticed, I've been absent round these parts for about 9 months now, give or take a little, and that's because this year is shaping up to be a pretty bad one for my family and I. I don't want to get into it here as it's quite personal (sorry to sound so vague) but it's been an extremely emotional and tough time for me and I just haven't had the time or energy to maintain my Etsy store and update the blog regularly. 

However, I am ready to step forward and look to the future. I'm thinking of buying new supplies for the store sometime soon, maybe it will have to wait till the new year at the very latest, but I feel more motivated and inspired than I have in a long time. I'm excited to start experimenting with ideas again to see what works and what new things I can sell. I've really missed it.

With Christmas just around the corner, I've been looking into some DIY craft projects for potential gifts ideas and I thought I'd share some of my inspirations with you! 

I have no idea what it is about them but I love, love, love the ideas of gifts in jars. They're super adorable and usually filled with the yummiest things!
